• Free Trial: You are entitled to 10 free evaluations upon signing up for the Service.
• Subscription: After the free trial, continued access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Pricing and payment details are available on our website.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:
  • Uploading malicious or harmful content.
  • Violating the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to evaluate or process any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of any third party.
• Disrupt or interfere with the Service or servers, networks, or infrastructure connected to the Service.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to code, design, and content, are owned by UX Eyer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written consent.

Any screenshots, feedback, or other content you upload to the Service remain your property. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Service may integrate with third-party tools or services (e.g., Google Cloud). We are not responsible for the functionality or terms of third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Johnson County, Kansas, USA.
